  3. Working with the ChituBox and DS Slicer printer and software – Piotr Sokół, Paweł Gulańczyk / Mikołaj Maksym
    • preparing the 3D printer for work - Z-axis calibration, printing parameter calibration, build platform calibration, resin preparation for work
    • preparation of 3D models of raw 3D intraoral scans,
    • adding supports for various prosthetic works
    • correct orientation of dental arches, divided models and dental models,
    • post-processing of printed objects, washing, curing, processing
    • removing supports,
    • replacing the FEP, nFEP, ACF foil in the tray,
    • 3D printer cleaning and maintenance,

Graduate of the Medical University of Warsaw in the field of Dental Technology. Co-owner of LTDPro-Lab since 2009. In 2010 he entered the world of digital prosthetics by purchasing a full CAD/CAM system from Zirkonzahn. Since then, he has been working only in the digital protocol using intraoral scanners, laboratory scanners, CNC milling machines. In 2016, he introduced 3D printing to his professional practice. From 2010 to 2019, he worked as a teacher at CKD Edukacja and TEB Edukacja in Radom. He gave lectures and practical classes in the dental and orthodontic technology laboratory. For 12 years, he has been working on EXOCAD and 3Shape systems. In 2021 and 2023, he is improving his machine park, thus offering a full range of milled and printed products to dental technicians and dentists.
