FAQ

1. Are UV Polymer resins safe for patients?

Yes, our dental resins are biocompatible and meet stringent safety standards, including ISO 10993. They are formulated to minimise the risk of irritation and allergic reactions, making them completely safe for use in dentistry.

2. What 3D printers are your resins compatible with?

Our resins are designed to work with 3D printers operating in DLP, LCD and SLA technologies. Before use, we recommend checking the technical specifications of your printer and adjusting the printing parameters according to our recommendations. Check here.

3. How to store resin to maintain its properties?

The resin should be stored in its original, tightly closed packaging, in a dry and cool place, away from UV light and heat sources. Improper storage may affect the print quality and mechanical properties of the finished prints.

4. How long does it take to cure models printed from your resins?

Curing time depends on the resin type and post-processing device. In most cases it is between 2 and 10 minutes in a UV lamp of appropriate power. We recommend using UV lamps with a wavelength of 405 nm for best results.

5. Do you offer free resin samples?

Yes, we offer the option to order a free sample of your chosen resin. Simply fill out form on our websiteto test the properties of our materials before purchasing.

6. Do your resins contain volatile organic compounds (VOCs)?

Our resins have been developed with user safety in mind and are characterized by significantly reduced content of volatile organic compounds (VOC) compared to standard resins on the market. This makes them safer to use and more comfortable for both medical staff and patients.

7. Can you mix different colors of resin?

We do not recommend mixing different colors of resins, as this may affect their physical properties and the quality of the final print. Each of our resins has a precisely selected chemical composition that guarantees optimal results.

8. How can I get technical support?

If you need help, please contact us via the form on the website or visit the Support tab, where you will find instructions, reports, tutorials and other support materials for 3D printing using our resins.
